Overview
Restoring a vehicle to compete to win at Pebble Beach Concours d’ Elegance, the Super Bowl of car shows, is a bold undertaking, especially when the work is done by a group of restoration students. Yet that is exactly what the McPherson College Automotive Restoration program accomplished with a 1953 Mercedes-Benz 300 S Cabriolet. The bold vision came true in August of 2023—and in record fashion. Now, we are sharing our remarkable story with the world through a documentary entitled, The Path to Pebble.
