• has excellent communication and customer service skills
• has strong general office and computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, and basic knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks
• will promote and manage room rental events
• will (after training) have deep knowledge of the Opera House ticketing system, that includes customer database
• will provide support to the Board of Directors
• will process and maintain limited accounting
• is a highly organized multi-tasker
• is flexible concerning work hours
• will live in McPherson County, preferably the city of McPherson
